Lion Calm is not therapy and does not treat severe mental health conditions.

It does address all aspects of your life — physical health, intimate partnerships, how you handle money and power, the team dynamics you create, and the beliefs that drive your choices — because none of these exist in isolation.

It is not consulting, where expertise is delivered or decisions are made by proxy.

It is not traditional coaching focused on goal-setting or performance metrics.
